BWC Consulting is working in conjunction with NCIMED on the value of strategic partnerships. Attended Rainbow Push Bailout Collaboration Meeting in Chicago in November 2008 and developed the HBCU agenda to be worked in conjunction with the Investment Bankers and Asset Manager’s with the Secretary of the Treasury.

BWC provided this large established non-profit developer financial advice and capital project management for their first commercial development project. In this capacity, BWC was able to fill the gap in intellectual capacity to bring the project from concept to a “live” capital project. Secured senior debt with large national financial institution utilizing New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC). Additionally developed Brand strategy for the Lifestyle center, which generated 80% pre-leasing.
